COVID-19 PANDEMIC

Since the government has not withdrawn restrictions from all areas, there may be significant delay in shipping and delivery. We owe you for your understanding and cooperation.

I placed an order on MyRaymond before the lockdown. I still haven’t received it. What do I do?

Owing to the government mandated lockdown, our warehouse team was unable to process some of the orders. We will dispatch your order latest by 20th June. In case you wish to cancel the order, you can write to us at consumercarecell@raymond.in

What safety measures are being taken at the Warehouse?

As an organisation, we are following the most stringent safety measures for all our employees in offices as well as our warehouses. We are adhering to the protocols laid down by the MHA:

  • Stringent Hygiene standards
    • Daily Temperature Checks of all employees
    • Frequent Sanitisation/ Fumigation of the warehouse premises
    • Mandatory use of masks and gloves
    • Sanitizer stations and garbage disposal bins across the complex
  • Strict Social Distancing norms
    • Our warehouse employees have been extensively trained and follow strict social distancing while picking up and packaging your products
    • Our employees are working in shifts, with only one employee per worktable

What safety measures are being taken by your delivery partner?

Our delivery partners abide by strict social distancing norms and maintain the highest levels of hygiene. They will also ensure contactless delivery for you.

GIFT VOUCHERS AND PROMOTIONAL VOUCHERS

What is a MyRaymond E-Gift voucher?

E-Gift vouchers are pre-paid tokens that can be used unconditionally on your purchase. You can, however, use only one gift voucher at a time. A MyRaymond E-Gift voucher is only applicable on purchases online.

What is a promotional voucher?

Promotional vouchers are primarily discount codes that help in making your shopping experience more interesting. Occasionally, we will be sending some of the best deals your way. Promo vouchers are a simply way to enjoy those discounts and bargains with the help of a code. Promo vouchers usually have a minimum purchase value and are applicable only when all terms and conditions are met.

How do I use a promotional voucher?

Once you are finished adding items to your shopping cart, the promo voucher code is to be applied on the cart page during checkout.

What is the minimum order value for application of promo vouchers?

Different promo vouchers are applicable on different minimum order values. In order to know the minimum order value please check the email or voucher card or read the T&Cs.

Can I use multiple vouchers in the same order?

You can only add one voucher at checkout.

Can I use a voucher more than once?

Usually, vouchers can be used only once. But provisions can be made during sale days, offers or contests, wherein special vouchers are issued that can be used more than once. Your voucher email will hold details on how to use a promo voucher.

Why doesn't my promotional voucher work?

There are certain stipulations for the voucher code to work.

  • Please copy and paste the voucher code as it is case sensitive.
  • Please check if your order value is more than the minimum order value as specified for the voucher.
  • Please check that the code you are using is still valid and has not expired. The validity would be mentioned in the email you received.
  • Please also check if the voucher is especially meant for application on a particular category.

I tried everything still voucher doesn't seem to work.

In case the voucher code checks off the list of concerns yet does not seem to be validating, please write to us and we will be happy to assist you.

Is my promo voucher amount refundable?

Unfortunately, no. Promo voucher amount can neither be refunded nor encashed.

 

PAYMENTS

How do I pay for a purchase on MyRaymond?

At MyRaymond we support multiple payment options: Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI and wallets. We process online payments through CCAvenue, a reputed payment gateway, which provides secure, encrypted connections for all credit card, debit card and Net Banking transactions.

What about hidden costs such as Sales Tax or OCTROI?

You do not need to pay anything extra for your order. The amount mentioned on the invoice is what is due to be paid. Please let us know if you’ve been bothered otherwise.

How much will the shipping cost me?

We offer free shipping within India if your purchase value exceeds INR 999/-. In case your order value is less than INR 999/- , a shipping charge of INR 99/- will be levied on your order.

What if the amount got debited from my account but I did not receive an Order ID?

We ensure that an Order ID is confirmed only once our bank receives the payment from your bank. Sometimes, due to unforeseen reasons, the amount might have been debited from your account but may not have been received by us yet. Usually, the amount is credited back to your account within 7 working days. In case it doesn’t, you can write to us with a snapshot of the payment receipt.

Is it safe to use my credit/debit card on MyRaymond?

All credit card and debit card payments on MyRaymond are processed through a secure and trusted payment gateway. MyRaymond does not store or capture any credit card or net banking related information. 3D secure password service is used by banks for online transactions, providing an additional layer of security through identity verification.

Can I make a credit/debit card or internet banking payment on MyRaymond through my mobile?

Yes. You can make payment through the mobile site of MyRaymond. The mobile site too uses the same trusted payment gateway, which keeps your card information secured and protected.

 

RETURNS, REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS

How do I know my order has been confirmed?

Once your payment is authorized and your order is completed, you will receive an email from MyRaymond confirming the order placement. You will be provided with the order number, details of the order and the amount you have paid. You will also receive an SMS confirming the same.

Do you take orders over the phone?

No, we do not take orders over the phone. You will have to place an order via the website. However, in case of difficulties in ordering online, you may get in touch with us at support@myraymond.com

How long will the delivery take?

All our orders are dispatched within one working day of placing them. That said, depending on your address, the delivery time may vary between 5 to 7 working days. On each product's display page, you can enter your location's pin code to check when you can expect to receive the delivery.

While we may try to get you your purchases delivered as soon as possible, sometimes delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to, unexpected travel delays from our courier partners, poor weather conditions, political disruptions, strikes and such. We advise you to check your emails and SMS for updates.

How can I track my order?

You can start tracking your order as soon as it has been shipped out. All you need to do is click on the link in the email sent to you after the order is placed and track the journey of your item in real time!

Will I have to be personally present to receive my order?

We recommend that you receive the order yourself to ensure complete satisfaction. In case you are not present, the parcel will be delivered to the person available and this may be confirmed on call with you by our delivery executive. For security and validation, the signature of the receiver will be taken at the time of delivery.

What should I do if I miss my delivery?

We understand that you might not be present or available at the time delivery is attempted. In such a scenario, we will make three attempts to deliver the order to you; each one on consecutive days. So, if you’ve missed the order delivery, you can write to us at support@myraymond.com and we will take care of it.

Can I change my delivery address or mobile number once the order has been placed?

Unfortunately, that is not possible at the moment. Since, the system would have already passed the mobile number and address to our warehouse to pack and ship your product, changes to an already placed order is not possible.

Order cannot ship to my area. Why?

There are a few pin codes which are not serviced by our courier partners. However, as we are continually in the process of adding more pin codes, we would request you to check back after a few days.

How are orders placed on MyRaymond delivered to me?

Once the order is placed, products are shipped out through one of our various courier partners, all of which are reputed logistics service providers. Once your order has been shipped out of our warehouse, you will get an e-mail and a SMS. These will inform you of the details of our courier partner and the AWB number via which you can track your shipment. Furthermore, expected delivery date will also be shared with you via SMS and email.

Do you deliver internationally?

Unfortunately no, we currently do not deliver items internationally. But, you can make a purchase from anywhere in the world using Indian currency as mode of payment as long as the shipping address is within India.

I need a copy of my invoice for my order placed with MyRaymond. How do I go about with it?

We ship all packages with an invoice that can be found along with the product. Once you’ve made the payment, you will also receive the invoice as a soft copy in your email.

ACCOUNT

What is ‘My Account’?

‘My Account’ is a stop for all the information related to your order(s). It allows you to do the following:

  • Edit and add your personal information such as mobile number and new addresses
  • Initiate a return/refund of your order
  • Past orders

Is it necessary to have an account to shop on MyRaymond?

No, one does not need to register on MyRaymond in order to shop on the platform. However, registration will only help enhance your shopping experience. If registered we will be able to keep you informed about your orders and refunds in a more streamlined manner via email. You will also be able to avail the benefits of MyRaymond vouchers by logging in, using your registered email ID.

What do I do if I have forgotten my password or my password does not work?

If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it. Please share your registered email address and you will receive an OTP on mail. Do reach out to us if you face any issues.

Do I need to type my address every time I order?

No, you don't need to type your address every time you place an order. We don’t really forget our patrons, so an address once used will be saved under Saved Addresses in My Account. You can go to Saved Addresses and modify your default Shipping/Delivery address and Billing address. You can also add more addresses using the 'Add New Address' button.

You can select any of the addresses saved instead of typing it while you are placing your order.

Is my personal information secure?

Yes, not to worry, because your personal information is absolutely secure! We ensure that the data you have entered is strictly confidential. It is only used to help us understand you so we are better able to provide you custom services in the future.

What happened to my MyRaymond account?

We have upgraded and your account information has moved to MyRaymond now. The first time you login to MyRaymond, click on ‘Forgot your password’ to reset it. All your personal information and details pertaining to orders placed on or after 1st April, 2019 will be available in your account.
